Questions about DVR profiles

When clicking on info icon in the EPG it opens a dialog box that shows information about the program, record or setup autorecord

On the bottom you can select the DVR profile to use. I've cloned the default and set up a couple others for DVR file retention period: 1 day or 2 day

Not sure I understand these:
Autorec maximum count (0=unlimited):
Autorec maximum schedule limit (0=unlimited):

Not sure I want any restriction on the number. Setting these to 0 I assume turns them off

This is a very handy feature for some types of recordings. News for example, I don't want to keep daily news programs. Or maybe Saturday Night Live I want to keep for a month

Is this in fact what it can be used for?

Autorec maximum count = Maximum matched EPG entries per autorec rule.
Autorec maximum schedule limit = Maximum number of matched EPG entries allowed to be set per autorec rule.

Is there any way to set priority on a DVR profile like there is on an individual recording rules?

There's a priority option in 4.3 dev, not sure about 4.2
