Problem with TVHeadend

Hi,

Im trying to setup TVHeadend however theres a problem my Tuner which is the DVBSky S952 is being seen after installing the Firmware for the card however when it comes to setting up TVHeadend the Mux Scans just fails. I am from the UK and use Astra 28.2E

Any ideas?
