Greetings,

I have a small arm board serving as dtv server, the recordings are written to an usb device.
I want to replace the current os in the board with a new one but I want to preserve the recording db so it can be viewed from the new os.
the rest of the configuration I want to preserve from the new os. (I'll reconfigure all the networks and muxes).

is it possible to do so? if so, how can I do that?
