Fedora unstable repo wrong URL

Hi.
Fedora unstable repo has wrong url:
https://dl.bintray.com/tvheadend/fedora/linux/t/$releasever/$basearch
$releasever is 28 which leads to wrong url:
https://dl.bintray.com/tvheadend/fedora/linux/t/28/x86_64/

but the actual url of the repo is:
https://dl.bintray.com/tvheadend/fedora/linux/t/fc28/x86_64/
