Changing repo to Doozer 18.04

I've installed under Ubuntu xenial using bintray and release-4.2

Having just upgraded to Bionic, it seems I need to switch to Doozer.

Do I just need to change my sources.list to the Doozer entry after adding the key?

Given the naming convention is different, will the apt get upgrade pick up the new repo and simply update the existing installation?
