How to edit channel name permanently

I'm running 4.2.6.

A couple of the IPTV channels I use have an accented character in the name. This character is missing in the name on my Kodi front-end.
Example - say the channel names is FoobAr [the A is an accented character], it shows up as Foobr.

So I edit the channel via the TVH web interface so the name is 'Foobar', and I have 'Automatically name from network' unset. All is good, and I get the correct name on the frontend.

However a few days later, it's showing up as Foobr again, and I look on the web interface, and the channel name is back to FoobAr.

How can I get the channel name to stay set to the name I give it?

Obviously there is still an option set to update the channel name. Have you checked both in the mux/service tabs, as well as the EPG tabs for where this setting could be coming from?

Found it. 'Update channel name' under 'EPG Grabber' was set.
