TVH 4.3 performs transcoding without being asked to?

Hello,

I recently copied the settings from a slightly older version of TVH to an almost up to date one. Everything works as expected but for some strange reason, usin the HTSP profile through kodi, the output bitrate is lower than the input. Its always like 1Mbps lower doesnt matter of the input. If I use the pass option through VLC then it works correctly. This happens with every channel that I tried.

Since I'm not using any transcoding can you please point me to the right direction on how to solve this?

After a closer look and comparing the bitrates it seems that the stream itself is not losing in quality rather than maybe some overhead/noise that is being removed?

I tried connecting to my other TVH installation and feeding the http stream using the pass profile to it and using the htsp protocol the stream was same for input and output on TVH 4.3-17. However on TVH 4.3-1252, the output stream is always lower no matter but the final bitrate that kodi receives seems to always be the same.

Can a dev confirm that his is the correct behaviour?
