4.2.6-7 on odroid xu4 three problems

first problem providers tab is missing from services page (i have dvbs2 tuner on astra and hotbird)...why ?

second problem sky star dvb 960 tuner sometimes when opening the front end (kodi) says the tuner isnt available ... why and can i do anything exept rebooting that solves the problem ?

last i can transcode a sd channel but hd channels not...cpu power seems no to be the problem...what is the problem ?
