I have recently joined the TVHeadend translation project on Transifex, in order to help with translating to Bulgarian. I have lots of experience in communtity translation (mainly on Transifex), but I've never seen something like this used in another project, so I'm asking here.

What is this? Am I supposed to translate the stuff after # or not? I see someone has already translated these to Bulgarian by actually translating them. Do I need to change those?
