DS116 cannot find any channel in m3u list, but other model find well..

Synology DS116 cannot find any channel in m3u list, but other model find well..
I reset synology ds116(arm) and install tvheadend 5 time more... but maybe. ds116 model has some problem at tvheadend.
so I installed tvheadend at raspberrypi 1. it works well. and I installed it Synology ds218+(x86 base), it works fine.
DS116.. it didn't works well..
