Tvheadend 4.3 on Kiii Pro with LibreELEC - DVB-T many services missing

Hello,
I've installed LibreELEC and Tvheadend following https://forum.libreelec.tv/thread/6915-8-0-2c-libreelec-8-0-builds-for-kiii-pro-s912/?postID=68928#post68928
About says: HTS Tvheadend 4.3-628 ~ LibreELEC Tvh-addon v9.0.43-628
Unfortunately the most important services aren't found.
I've tried to copy MUX settings from a Tvheadend running on the same antenna:
778000000 8MHz 3/4 1/2 NONE QAM64 8k 1/8 NONE
I only get FAIL and this in the LOG:
2018-01-25 19:17:33.595 [ INFO] mpegts: 778MHz in Terrestrisch - scan no data, failed.
Running the Mecool Kiii Pro box with its original Android gives me all the available channels.
Am I missing something?
