tvheadend reduce buffer on iptv

hey,

i want to use a tvh @ home which transcode serveral channels 24/7 to reduce the switching times between channels...

The Tvh @ vserver connect to the server at home and stream the channel to the client. but the switching times are also 1-2sec. i tried other iptv sources where i have faster switching times under 0.5 second. but why can i not stream between tvhs with fast switching times. what can i try? someone a idea?

i tried zerolatency but it's not better...
