Tevii S482 bad data displayed on device input

The device display following info:

If only adapter 0 is enabled, tvheadend works nice, but i have connection error when I enable Display 1

Firware is downloaded in the official webpage.

TVheadend version: 4.2.5
Firmware: 4.14.8
Archlinux
