Recomended Video Player for TVHlient (Android)

I've tried a number of video players with TVHclient and only Kodi seems to be able streams from TVHeadend.

Can anyone recommend a video player or explain what I can change to enable the ones I have to correctly play streams?

Most seem to object to the wrong video format...

with combination with BSPlayer or VLC

ProgTV
there is a problem with authentication rest is OK
they have good support
