Tvheadend

Hi. I'm brand new - just discovered TVHeadend today and installed on a Synology NAS with an HDHR3-US. Had it working in no time - thanks for all the work that's gone into it.

But I have a high-level "what is possible" question. Now that I can record TV shows, I'm not seeing an obvious strategy on how to watch them. I know; probably dumb. My ideal would be for Plex Media Server to see the .ts file and be able to recognize it as a TV show and put into a Plex-type folder structure for serving to a Plex client.

I'm open-minded. What are the better approaches? Thanks again to all!
