Channel List empty but in Kodi they are shown.

I have at webinf 9981 that in channels nothing is shown since today but at kodi and other tvh htsp apps the channel list is shown and wokring to play live tv.
What can i do ?
Is there any way to fix i searched now 2 hours at google and found nothing.
