No adapter shown in drop down

Hi,

I was hoping someone could help me. I am using a USB DVB-T stick on OpenELEC, the drivers seem load load OK and the apater0 directory is setup but nothing appears in the drop down list in the configuration screen.

Here is some debug information, I am not sure what to do next.
