But I have problem to add more channels. Is possible to add new frequecy in mumudvb configuration file? I have three frequences that contains channels.

Each instance of MuMuDVB can be added from different http port
in Configuration>DVB input Add IPTV Automatic network
add m3u url etc.

MuMuDVB is not OnDemand DVB streamer,
one instance can control only one frequency in "one tuner only" at same time

Yes but tvheadend has probably his own .ts format. I need RAW .ts for transcoding with http-lauch. With tvheadend if I take http://tvheadend_server_ip:9981/channelnumber/1 is working but only with SD channels and require disable rewrite options in stream profiles / pass. If I put stream from mumudvb all is working, even HD channels.

You just need PASS profile.
