Is there a way to export Muxes?

I'm trying to set up TVH with an IPTV provider which requires me to enter each stream in the "muxes" section individually. Is there a way to a) automate this (I couldn't find any database that I could edit directly when searching through the 'hts' folder) or b) is there a way I can export my settings to duplicate on other setups / computers?
