Motorised Sat Dish and Managing Multiple Channels.

I am seriously thinking about going down the route of a motorised dish.
The obvious upside is going to be, hundreds/thousands of extra channels.
However, the downside is going to be managing all those channels.
It would be great to hear from anyone that is using a motorised dish and how they deal with everything on their system.
