What happened to the stable version updates for Xenial? Stuck at Tvheadend 4.2.3-20!

A couple of weeks ago I saw there was an update available for Tvheadend but by the time I went to apply it, it had disappeared and no updates have been offered since. I believe it may have had something to do with the problem reported in issue #4547 but even though that problem was addressed, it appears the repository (at least the stable branch) doesn't have the latest updates. This is what I have in /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb https://dl.bintray.com/tvheadend/deb xenial stable-4.2
I got that line from the wiki page at http://tvheadend.org/projects/tvheadend/wiki/AptRepository, specifically these instructions:
Select which build type you want and add the repository accordingly:
echo "deb https://dl.bintray.com/tvheadend/deb DISTRO BUILDTYPE" | sudo tee -a /etc/apt/sources.list
Replace DISTRO with the distribution's code name (as quoted in the Supported Distro's / Platforms list).
Replace BUILDTYPE with the desired build type.
Example:
echo "deb https://dl.bintray.com/tvheadend/deb xenial stable-4.2" | sudo tee -a /etc/apt/sources.list
I am 99.99% certain there was an update offered to the stable branch of Tvheadend that took it past version 4.2.3-20 which is what I have now (can anyone confirm there is a newer version?). Anyway I just wondered if that repository is ever going to be updated, or if we are supposed to use a different repository now, or what? Please note I am only interested in the current stable version, not the unstable one, and that I am running Ubuntu Server 16.04 (Xenial).
