Strange 0th audio channel, problem in MKV files

Hi to All i have a problem with a TV channel with 2 AUDIO language trasmission PVR record the MKV file with one only (EMPTY) channel called Oth and a wrong Duration: (57936.768s (16:05:36.768), i try also to recompile new version 2.12.99 but i had the same trouble.
Someone can explain if it's possible to remove the second audio PID from the channel, or if there is another way to save correctly the video recording.

i have the same problem.
my frequency is different (490000khz) but the channel is the same (Rai 3 TGR Lombardia)
