Failed Recordings From One Show to the Next

Hi,

I've searched high and low on the web and couldn't find an answer.

I'm running TVH 4.0.8~weezy on a RaspPi2. I've got everything set up but I'm finding I have about a 75% success rate with recordings. I've done plenty of recordings and have tried to figure out what possibly could be wrong but haven't found a pattern yet. I wanted to post a portion of my syslog to see if anybody has any insights.

Odd Squad starts recording at 1:59 and finishes at 2:30, Father Brown tries to start at 3:00 and no input detected.
