Upgrading TVH from 4.0 to 4.2 in ubuntu xenial

Hi,

I would like to upgrade my TVH 4.0.9 to the latest version 4.2
but it seem everytime update the repository guide by URL below
https://tvheadend.org/projects/tvheadend/wiki/AptRepository
still stuck on version 4.0.9.

so could anyone guide me where i can get the correct repository and i can get upgrade to 4.2 ?

coz the real issue was i try to import playlist.m3u to TVH, and from several forum that discuss TVH,
always suggest to upgrade to the latest version (4.2)

Anyone can help ?
