Tvheadend

I was wondering. I have just setup my zap2xml file to retrieve new EPG data every morning. I noticed that when it loads the data it replaces the name I gave the channel to the first "display-name" that is in the xml file. Is there a way to stops this, or prevent this from happening?

I know that the mc2xml has a .ren (rename) file or a .chl (channel) file, that can be used but I see nothing like that for zap2xml. tvHeadend allows me to rename the channel names, but it seems to get replaced by the xml files first listed choice.
