Tvheadend

Every time Tvheadend is updated via the apt-get upgrade command the service does not restart and manually has to be restarted.

Just a simple "sudo service tvheadend start" will get it going again with no errors, but I'm not sure what's going on.

I've looked through the syslog, dpkg log, and apt log and haven't found anything that sticks out.

Any suggestions?

The system is Ubuntu 16.04.2.
It updates from the "https://dl.bintray.com/tvheadend/deb xenial unstable" repository.
