Tvheadend

I know this version is unstable but I still thought it is worthwhile to report this. Sometimes recordings do not appear in Upcoming/Current/Finished/Failed recording lists after completion. The file seems to be fine and recording finished normally according to the logs. After I restart tvheadend, the recording appears in Finished recording list. I wonder if this is a bug introduced at some point? Previous tvheadend versions worked fine. This happens sometimes, and seems to effect different shows randomly, usually recordings appear normally.

Note: I am sure it is unrelated but I use a post-recording script which re-encodes the recording in x265 and moves the re-encoded file over original. So only the file size/contents change.
