Mapping USER <--> DVB Input Device ?

In my setup i have two DVBSky PCIe cards and one additional DVBSky USB reciever.

Watching HD channels by using the USB reciever seems not to be possible (many continuity errors) while SD channels are no problem.
Is there any setting where i can limit some users to only use the USB reciever and leave the PCIe recievers unused?

I have several devices in my network (iphones, etc.) which don't need to recieve HD programs.
Those devices shall automatically use the USB reciever and leave the HD PCIe devices to be used by users which are able to display hd content.

Vice versa the devices which are capable of displaying HD content should never use the USB reciever.

You can limit users by channel tags. Not sure if that will give you the granularity you desire, especially as the same channel/service may show up on different devices ...
