Tvheanded 1.1 and Mux problem

Hi, I've got an android smartbox with DVB-T tuner (wetek play 2). Using the product TV app I can see some important italian channel. Using Tvheanded (server version 1.1), it shows the mux freq but it doesn't find channels.
What can I do?
