NooElec NESDR Mini 2 SDR & DVB-T USB Stick (RTL2832 + R820T2) is compatible with TvHeadend?

Hello dear friends,
I'm in trouble with my mini sdr DVB-T stick, it's not scanning Tv channels and always said: Scan Result: FAIL.
That is why i'm asking is that stick compatible with TvHeadend and it can grab DVB-T channels?

Some of USB Stick details:
These units are based on the R820T2 tuner IC made by Rafael Micro. As such, they have a frequency capability of approximately 25MHz-1750MHz. There is also an RTL2832U IC on board of course, which acts as the demodulator and USB interface.

Interested in frequencies below 25MHz? We recommend you take a look at our Ham It Up upconverter, which will let you listen all the way down to 100kHz or lower with impeccable sensitivity.

The connector type on the SDR in female MCX, and on the antenna, male MCX. There are plenty of adapter and adapter cables available in our store if you want to connect your favorite antenna!

OMG do you know what mean after

restart your pc without usb tunner

run dmesg and see last line timestamp
plug tuner wait 30 sec run again dmesg
cut lines with appears after last timestamp

your device is working (more or less)
but there is no signal or wrong values in muxes added
so add femon log during scan
or use w_scan

Your Dell Inspiron 1525 have old bios update it
this can resolve some of messages with video card

It should found all available TV channels on local network?
What would cause this issue? why it's not found signals?

I've connected usb stick's small antennta with the big antenna on the roof, something like this:

And I tried to get FM radio stations all radio stations are working like a charm with SDR software.

Is there any cause which caould prevent me to get DVB-T tv channels?
