Before you (try) to play a stream press the bar at the bottom of the webui, once you have that open, try playing a stream, the log should tell you what the problem is, paste that here..

(Alice don't allow port from outside)

IF your streaming pc allow use transcoding.

thanks, this "user:password@tvh_ip:port/playlist" was what I wanted to say, it works fine....so it is possible to turn the channels on (VLC for example) without asking you the password prompt
