No TV Adapters after reboot (Octopus NET V2 C2T2/4)

Hello,
I am using Tvheadend 4.0.9-13~g64fec81~xenial on a laptop with ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS as server.
Everything works fine except, when I reboot the system Tvheadend does not show any TV Adapters. If I press the "Discover SAT>IP servers" under Configuration - General my Octopus Net shows up without any issues and no need to do any reconfig or mux scans.
Has anyone an idea what is causing this issue?
