Play channels.m3u in VLC or other Programs

Hey,

i installed TVHEADEND 4.0.8 on Raspberry Pi. If i go to any channel and click on play i can play the m3u file in VLC. But if i get the channels.m3u with "http://ipaddress:9981/playlist" and open it in VLC Player i got in error that the steam cannot played.

Anyone have a solution?
