How to restrict user per network/tv tuner

I have 3 tv tuners running on my tvheadend sever(PI2 :)) and I would like to restrict a user to a specific tv tuner.

Is there a way to do this?

I know there is a restriction per channel tag, but this means that I will have to create 2 channel sets for the same channels.
