pvr.hts pixelation on SD or HD channels

Hi VLC runs streams from any network computer in house from tvheadend 100% smooth
pvr.hts in kodi however, pixelated on certain SD or HD channels. why is their issue with tvheadend own client ?
does tvheadend have problem sending these over to pvr.hts ?
can I have this problem fixed so I can watch these channels
