Tvheadend

Hello out there!
I'm running the following configuration:
- QNAP TS-251+ (TVHeadend-server)
- SiliconDust HDHomerun Epand (Model number HDHR3-4DC)
- latest drivers available for the Homerun
- latest version of TVHeadend available for my QNAP TS-251+
During installation I followed the recommendation to install the device driver package first and then to install the TVHeadend package.
And now I have two problems:
1) The HDHomerun tuners are identified es ATSC-tuners although I have the European version. So it should be a "DVB-C" tuner recognition. Can I change this manually? If not, how can I achieve this?
2) I can create a network with a German cable TV provider ("Kabel Deutschland (Hannover)"), but I can't assign it to any of the four HDHomerun's tuners. And therefore I can't force a channel search.
Please tell me what's going wrong and how I can solve my problems.
