Tvheadend

Hi,

I have a small problem with scanning specific Muxes which belong to TV-vlaanderen (M7 group)
Picture below is a screenshot of the Tvheadend web interface which shows the mux and its settings.

The network ID and transport stream ID are correct. same for the general mux settings but for some reasing it fails when scanning.
Anybody know what I'm missing or maybe configured wrong??
Maybe I need the PLS code but is that even possible to get/find?
