Tvheadend

Hi experts,

Is there an easy way to wake up my NAS by a tvheadend command e.g. one minute before recording? I found post commands but no pre recording commands. I think a simple ping should do it....
Any thoughts? By the way, I am not an expert in scripting so I would be glad to use some kind of tvheadend function.
