Tvheadend

Hello,
We just got a MOI+ from TBSDTV and we are trying to configure it to receive channels from our Satellite TV Provider. We selected the TVheadend option and we followed the instructions, first going to Configuration and DVB Inputs, TV Adapters enabled the TBS6991 cards and selected universal LNB, then created a network with DVB-S network and saved it, then went back to Tv Adapters and selected the created Network into the Universal LNB option (networks). After that, went to Muxes and Added one, we enabled it, then selected DVB-S2 (which is the system we use in Telestar12), frequency 11857000, symbol rate 45000000, pol. Horizonta, modulation QPSK, FEC 4/5, and saved it. A few seconds after that the Scan Result was "FAIL", and there is no Channel under Services tab.

Any suggestion or idea?
