Added mux to network but it never scans, status is always PEND

I created a new network for Eutelsat 9A / Ka-Sat 9A and attached it to my adapter. I added the mux below but it never scans even if I click Force Scan. It has a status of PEND but never trys to scan or fail to scan even. I also added the default muxes in the dropdown when creating the network and they do scan. Is there something obviously wrong with it? Thanks
