Tvheadend

Good evening everyone. Please I need to deal with this error.
I installed the latest version of the HTS Tvheadend 4.1-1724 ~ ~ Precise g41707e1
.Nstavil As it should be as well, but it does not scan IPTV.
My configuration is as follows: eth0 - public IP address xxx.xxx.215.40. eth1 - INPUT IPTV provider. Configuration: eth1 - DHCP. If the same cable connect my laptop to sustím VLC player, everything works. I really do not know anymore advice. Can someone porait? Thank you very much.
