Recordings NFS failed

Hi,

I have set up a shared folder on my nas in which I would like to save the live TV recordings.

I have successfully mounted the nfs endpoint on raspbian and can access it via terminal.

I have changed the recodings location in the tvheadend backend to point to the mounted endpoint (/mnt/recs).

Now I have tried to record a series and it failed!

I do not know where to access the log files in order to analyze what has gone wrong. Would you mind pointing me to the right logging path?

I know understood that the log goes to sysylog which I have taken a look at but the only message I got so far is "unable to open file". This is exactly what I would have expected but do you have any view on how to fix it?

The first thing to look at is does the user/group you have set TVheadend to run as have write permission to /mnt/recs?
