Tvheadend

Every so often I'll set up a recording, which is not made and listed under "failed recordings" as "time missed", which is not true. Sometimes this happens while I'm present for the recording and watch it start. I have plenty of disk space so it's not like it runs out.
I'm running OpenELEC 6.0.3 on a R.Pi B+ w/a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-955Q and whatever the latest TVHeadend is. And I live in Canada, so this is ATSC.

Edit: I just figured something out: every time it fails, the listing in "Failed Recordings" give the error count as 1 (when the time really is missed, it gives 0 errors). Is this error coherently recorded in some error log somewhere?
