packet backlog not saved in configuration

Hello,
I tried to enable the Function ( use packet backlog ) .
General -> Base -> Server -> use packet backlog .
If I'm restarting the server the option is unmarked after the reboot.
Anyone have the same problem ?
Using HTS Tvheadend 4.1-1797~g2aa055d
