Tvheadend

Hi,

I'm a new user in this forum but an older user of tvheadend, and i never found any script to upgrade dvr logs from version 3 to version 4.
Consequently, like I'm a computer science student, I make my own script to upgrade your DVR logs in the newer version (ver.4) from an clean install of TVHeadend.

The program is very basic and is write in Python 3.

In sum, this script permits to migrate logs in the newer version. For example :
- DVR logs (ver.3) with old config -> DVR logs (ver.4) with new config
- DVR logs (ver.4) with old config -> DVR logs (ver.4) with new config
