Tvheadend

Hi

I've been trawling various forums and keep seeing numerous posts complaining about no picture just sound when trying to view channels from TVHeadend (Build: 4.0.9-4~gac9e47d~trusty), and no solutions.

I'm not sure if this is of any help but, I'm running two tuners on an Atom nettop, the nettop is the main media PC, in the bedroom I have a Pi running OSMC.....

Before I moved my HTPC from Windows 7 and NextPVR everything worked fine on the Pi, no codec licence needed (contrary to what some people are saying on various other forums), I've now moved everything over to Ubuntu.

This is the interesting bit. On the Pi I can view SD and HD DVB-T2 content fine from RTL2382 tuner (generic Chinese cheapy stick), but can't view anything, just sound only when trying to view DVB-S2 content from an M88DS3103 tuner (Technotrend S2-4600)

Is there any reason why the streams being served would be different depending on the card ?
