Tvheadend

Hello, I'm running Ubuntu 15.10 and have the TV tuner installed : Bus 001 Device 003: ID 1b80:e43f Afatech and I have Tvheadend server installed (hxxps://tvheadend.org/projects/tvheadend/wiki/AptRepository) : I had to use the Legacy Bintray Apt Repository - stable method because when I tried the Official Apt Repository ("hxxp://dl.bintray.com/tvheadend/deb DISTRO release") then tried sudo apt-get install tvheadend said it couldn't find it so I hope that doesn't matter but now onto my question
How do I add my device now to the server?
Under Configuration, DVB Inputs, TV adapters, it doesn't show any listed.

Please help. Thx
