Stream channel from one tvheadend server to another?

Is the following possible?

Tvheadend Server A has channel X that Tvheadend Server B doesnt have
Server A would need to transcode channel X for Server B to able to stream it
Server B would need authenticated access to Server A stream

Is it possible to create a transcoded stream link to Channel X on Server A that can be added to Server B as a channel?
