DVR playback not working (VLC etc.) CPU is rising to 100%

Hi!

When i click the play button at the dvr tab and open the file with VLC it is not opening and my CPU of the TVHeadend machine is rising to 100%!

There is nothing in the log, only the starting playback line:

Any idea's?

i'm using HTS Tvheadend 4.0.8-0499859 on FreeNAS (https://www.freshports.org/multimedia/tvheadend/)

Somebody?
I did a clean install and i have the same issue...

playing a recording from webinterface (vlc link) does not work and playing the recording from the kodi plugin works.
