reload recordings

I ran tvheadend-4.1-459 and I migrate to new server. Then I updated tvheadend. First the update didn't work, so i went back to 4.1-459. After a few tries I finally run 4.1-1439.
Now there a many recordings missing. The video files are still there and in /home/hts/.hts/tvheadend/dvr/log there are 78 entries. But on "finished recordings" there are only 3 recordings. How can I reload the recordings in tvheadend or are there other files needed?

P.S. Many of the missing recordings are not in the root-recording-directory but in subdirectories.
I just realized that the old log-files seemed not to be complete, the 'file'-section is missing.
